I had heard great things about this restaurant but unfortunately I the 8 people with me were quite disappointed) The waitress put in 0 effort to even try and say a few words in English. The calamari were just the rings without the tentacles, very disappointing for a high end restaurant. My friend and I ordered the surf and turf, the filet mignon was excellent but the lobster was horrible, dry and 0 taste, even the garlic butter tasted of nothing. I mentioned this to the waitress and her response was I 'll tell the chef I was surprised that she made no effort to compensate or at a minimum validate that our dissatisfaction had been shared with the chef heard , for a $70 x2 plate over $800 bill) I would expect my food to be top notch and it to be taken seriously when it 's not the case.
The service was very good. Our waiter very courteous and friendly. The food was great. It was a very enjoyable evening out with my wife.
The food was very good however it took a long time to get the food and as well, it seemed that there was only one waiter for the area and as a result the service was quite slow. I ordered a pasta dish and was promised parmasan cheese which never came.
We were celebrating our second wedding anniversary, so we decided to go back at Tenuta where we held our wedding celebration. Melissa served us in very professional way and was so nice. We recommand this restaurant if you want quality and excellent service.
