Once, just once I'd like to be served fresh, hot fries, properly cooked onion rings and warm burgers at the drive thru.Every meal tastes like they have been kept warm for too long.
I know it isn 't politically correct to say anything about language in Quebec. I know that we can 't upset Nationalists and zealots......But could you put some English in this restaurant? Just out of respect?Menus...French only..Signage...French onlyService....French onlyEven the paper sign on the door saying Thank you....come again... is in French only...English is very much permitted.....Why not put it up?
Went twice for take out. Great staff and efficient. Friendly service. Orders were perfectly respected. Would go back without hesitation.
Terrible Service and Unprofessional StaffRating: 1 out of 5 starsI wish I could give this A&W location zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. I visited this A&W for a quick meal, but I ended up being extremely disappointed with my experience.Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed the staff member behind the counter was preoccupied with his cellphone instead of being attentive to the customers. To make matters worse, he had an AirPod in one of his ears, further showcasing his lack of interest in providing good customer service. I patiently waited, hoping that he would wrap up his conversation and attend to my order.However, after waiting for several minutes, it became clear that he had no intention of doing so. His blatant disregard for customer service was appalling, and I couldn't believe that this was the kind of staff A&W had representing their brand.When I finally managed to get his attention, he seemed annoyed and provided minimal assistance. He rushed through my order, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer.The experience at this A&W location was so incredibly disappointing that I will never return. A&W, you seriously need to reconsider the kind of employees you have representing your company. If you value your customers, make sure your staff is focused on providing exceptional service, rather than chatting on their cellphones and wearing AirPods while on duty.For anyone considering a visit to this A&W location, I'd strongly recommend looking for an alternative fast food option. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.
