Real Hacienda#1 - Terre Haute

Great food, fast service and serving size is huge! We shared the plippe’s dinner! Came with a beef tostado, beef enchilada, beef taco, rice and beans! The plate was literally 18” long and 12” wide! We shared it and still left with extra! Definitely worth a visit!

Service is good .. Food is a version of real Mexican food . Need some improvement but is not bad .I like it is just need more Mexican flavor.

Best Mexican Restaurant in Terre haute. There are several around, and we've been to them all. This one seems to have the best salsa and best food, in our opinion. Yes, it is your typical American Mexican food, but we like it. Waiters are very good at what they do. My only complaint would bee the restroom; needs some repairs and upkeep.

Fast service and good food. Authentic atmosphere with colorful (pseudo) carved furniture. I ordered the carne asada and it was served on a sizzling platter. My only problem was eating the super generous portions from two plates. Chips were just OK but the salsa had the right amount of picante. I'd go again. Oh yeah a soccer match was playing on TV.

This is a great place for Mexican food. It's so hard to find sit-down dining. Thanks to COVID. I was absolutely excited to find this place. It smells amazing when you walk-in. Just wait till you sit down! The food was wonderful. Chips and salsa, AMAZING! I highly recommend you try it out. We had Nachos supreme....has beef and chicken... amazing! Great flavor.
