Denny's - Terre Haute

Good food and good service i highly recomend this place :

The restaurant has a nice, warm vibe to it. Relatively clean, and surprisingly comfortable! The food is fantastic, especially the hash browns. Everything was just right, and very filling given the small price. The waitress we had appeared to be new, so I can’t give a fair assessment on the service. It was an overall positive experience, and we left full.

Ordered in the app for asap pickup. That was a joke. Pickup was 2:4 8 am and i just got my food at 3:09am. What's the point of ordering ahead if you have to give them more time to hand it to you than it would've taken to make the whole meal? There was a guy waiting to order take out when i got there, and I had to tell the girl that he was there when i came in and was still waiting. I actually had him trying to order via the app from the little bench inside the door rather than sit there endlessly just waiting to order. When the girl does finally decide to wait on us, it was a bunch of meaningless apologies and excuses regarding how she was by herself. Well, the manager was there and was seating people when I arrived, but then he had disappeared. My food wasn't bagged and ready to come out to me after all that waiting either. The girl went back and inquired about it,and the manager supposedly bagged it and brought it out to me without the drink that was already ordered and paid for and without the toast for either meal. I haven't left the parking lot yet because I wanted to make sure I said what I thought, but that was definitely my worst Denny's experience ever, and I will be very surprised if the rest of the order is correct. If you don’t have enough people to work and to run the restaurant, or if you’re not gonna provide good service, maybe you shouldn't be 24 hours......just saying.

We've door dashed and had carry out. The staff are polite and cheerful. There meals were awesome!
