Terni is full of food. I chose this more by mistake as adjoining to another who, according to the reviews, was better. You eat well anyway. The light fry and the meat discreetly tender arrived to me not very hot but vabbé.... I expected to spend a little less....
I had dinner with a friend, quiet place. We ordered the cut with rocket and balsamic vinegar was delicious, light, slightly crispy externally and soft inside....so rare as I order it always very cooked.... Congratulations.
