The Welcome Chinese - Tendring

The customer had a very negative experience with a rude and aggressive woman at the restaurant. Despite being a loyal customer for years, the woman hung up on them twice and accused them of being disrespectful because the food was not what they had ordered. The customer no longer plans to spend their money at this establishment.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant. The food arrived hot, but I was disappointed with the Chicken Balls as they were too dense and the chicken was tough. The BBQ sauce was too thin and the rice had chunks of fat in it.

I recently visited this restaurant where my phone died and the two girls working there went above and beyond to help me. They were genuine and just being themselves, not concerned about reviews. Thank you.

We have had take out from here quite a few times. It has always been delivered within the time span given. Always been hot and always very tasty. Friends and family that we have introduced to The Welcome Chinese also have said how amazing it is. Best Takeaway ever.

Picked up take away for myself and my husband on the way home from work. We thought the food was tasty, hot and reasonably priced. Will return very soon and recommend
