Your drinks are amazing! But please, work on your service. 3 different times waited forever for hot chocolate for the kids. Your lengthy service is keeping me away.

Starbucks might wear the commercial crown, but here's a brew that won't let you down. Rich and robust, it's a caffeinated feast, turning each morning drive into a treat at least. A jewel in the java scene, so it seems, making every sip a reminder of dreams.

The food and energy drinks are the only good things here because it's pre-made and hard to mess up. Every single time I try to give there coffee a chance it is sooooo disappointing. The coffee is always SUPER water downed, I add a shot in hopes it will make it taste like coffee or the flavor I ordered and every single time it hardly tastes like anything other that iced water. Like this company needs to SERIOUSLY review there recipes and then they will be great!

It 's unfortunate that it came to this that today when I was nearby and my wife came back with a little bean hot chocolate, she sat down next to me and before she took a sip, got a wif of cigarettes around the cup. I came back to the place with the cup and explained why I gave them an option of a new one made or a refund, and they chose to make a new one. The second one that was newly made was, as I was told, not completely full because it wasn 't 8oz, but in a different cup. The second cup fell and was clearly less weighty than the first. Lost business and will continue to with others of reviews like this until this stops. And the previous time before this when I came back to get a frozen Java Chip drink from the human being here in templeton, which I believe was a 20 oz or so, I 'm handed that drink and it looked like it was a white Oreo milkshake and not the Java Chip Frozen drink that is presented as being an option to order. That time was over 2 months ago.

I was surprised to find this hidden gem right off the freeway. I love this coffee, I first found Human Bean in Atascadero, and every time I get a chance I'll stop by and grab a coffee even if it is 90 degrees. As for this location in Templeton, we'll I love it. The batista associate was great and patient with me, can't wait to drive by again.
