Demetrius is a rude manager. I enquired about a promotion posted in the whole branch and he told me the promotion was over and when I asked him why it was still signs up, he left the window and had to explain what she apologised to one of the crew members. Then I asked who the manager was because I didn't know at that time, and she told Demetrius, so I asked to speak to him and he didn't even come into the window to acknowledge me, but left the crew member to apologize again. No good pleasant experience and I will probably not go back what is sad because I stay right around the corner of it

Wrong order, 3xs fixing the coffee's to get right. Filthy store, nasty bathroom. Couldn't understand English when spoke to female ee. Bad attitude from workers. 1 star is very generous. Horrible experience, dirty table. Weak toilet water coffee.

Service was great I don't think I even waited 5 mins for my curbside delivery and my order was hot and correct!

Not the best but also not the worst. It is in a very ghetto area of Tampa but you can get in and get out quick and its kept ok. No drive-thru even though it is in a busy area and next to the road. Also there are usually bums eating or standing/hanging around in the outside table area. Staff was ok, just 2 young kids that got the job done but no personality to even smile and well they were talking loudly about their social life which honestly you don't want to hear about someone's dating life while waiting for your Dunkin order.
