Baskin-robbins - Temple Terrace

Absolutely HORRIBLE! My daughter's grandpa ordered her a cake for graduation because he couldn't make it from Tallahassee. Nice surprise right? They had all the details from his order . The day before they called to say they didn't have chocolate or vanilla ice cream can they use oreo..... 1st off are you not an ice cream shop? I told the girl that was fine. We show up on graduation morning to collect the cake and the WHOLE cake is different. We ordered a white cake ,and they gave us a chocolate, we ordered purple writing as her favorite color ,they put green.... Then the manager is acting like it's no big deal . Horrible service , Horrible manager, Horrible location !

I will never order a cake from this restaurant again. I placed an order on Thursday for it to be ready on Sunday, but I actually needed it for Monday. On Sunday morning, they called me to let me know that the manager had not ordered the flavor of cake I requested and that all they had available was oreo. Since I needed the cake, I agreed to go ahead with the oreo flavor. When I went to pick up the cake, the name on it was spelled incorrectly and illegible. Additionally, the "happy birthday" message looked like it was written by a child. I asked them to fix it, but initially they claimed they couldn't. Eventually, another employee took the cake to the back and fixed the name, although the rest of the writing still looked childish. The employee joked that it looked like "doctor’s handwriting." If I had more time, I would not have accepted the cake, but at that point, all I could do was cover it with candles.

They took some time to give the ice cream to us, but it tasted pretty good I was surprised as it was better than expected

The best Baskin Robbins in Tampa is located here. I visited on a Sunday night and went through the drive-thru. The person who took my order, a very kind Black man whose name I unfortunately did not catch, made sure my order was perfect even though it was close to closing time. I returned the next day and had a fantastic experience with an Indian man who also did my order excellently. I will definitely be coming back.

They are out of ice cream or oreos every time I ask for an Oreo layered sundae. This is common across the Tampa Bay area.
