Jj Bakery Cafe - Temple City

This special location of JJ Bakery in Temple City has a huge cafe area and this review will focus on the experience served for weekend breakfast in the cafe area. Wow, the menu is quite extensive! However, portion size is definitely asian, so I was quite able to order one of all and ended it all. All made from salty soy milk, roasted crosses and even the pork breakfast castle was made perfection. During our visit there was even a Yam-Purridge special that came with a whole plate of Porridge side dishes. Since we visited the opening of the café correctly, the crowd only started to show up when we were involved. I can definitely expect long waiting times, especially later in the morning. Now that JJ Bakery has centralized its operations, all baked good standards are over the various locations. It is all just your typical well made Asian bakery.

Fast service and many selection of Taiwanese food to choose from in their Cafe section and bread/pastries from the bakery section. Parking is horrible in this whole shopping complex so get ready to roam around to find parking spot there!

As close as you get to Taiwanese food in LA. Great breakfast selection. Must have: pork belly bun.

The service here is phenomenal. The waitresses were very attentive and the food here is extremely good. I always get the roasted pig bell that is $6.99 from 11:00-3 on weekdays. The Bento also comes with a bowl of egg and corn soup, which they usually offer free refills. The amount of food you get for the price is crazy. The bakery is amazing. I've been getting bread here for a few years and they've always been fresh every morning. The egg tars are also quite good here. I also recommend the cold sandwiches and the rice balls.

Delicious Chinese breakfast with baked goods and drinks. Have many of the many articles and have enjoyed them all. Definitely, it makes a point to come at least one morning when we stay in the area. It can be busy some morning, but usually is not a problem. They bring out the food as it is ready, so each person gets their food fresh instead of at once. Servers are attentive and clear to ensure that they get the order perfectly, so there is no problem when the food arrives.
