Seriously every time I came to this place, there was always something. You have either given my order to some others or my food is never out if it's to be done or food is cold to not mention the restlessness of all staff and chefs. You're just so disgusting. In all honesty don't waist your time at this point. Today I ordered from them, I had said the waiting time for my meal would be 16-21 minutes, so I got the situation after the time maybe 2 to 3 minutes after the time. When I got there, my food wasn't even ready. I had asked the cashier how long my food would take and they said I didn't know with a cook's attitude had a stance too. So I sat outside and waited for about an hour to finish my meal. Don't wait as you come.
I tried the new chicken sandwich, placed my order online. My food was ready as promised, as I had asked, the atmosphere seemed happy, customer service excellent. Good work. Parking: parking right in front of the restaurant could be a challenge, but there are many places in the game.
I'd give this place a 0 if I could. When I went there yesterday to place my order, I had to wait 45 minutes while laughing with a lobby full of customers waiting to pick up their order. Renee was very rude and unprofessional. So I asked someone to take my order, and the girl told me her name was Allison. To my surprise, she was as rude as Renee and she even coughed in my face and scratched all kinds of body parts and touching cups and food. And I thought I'd come in to get out of the house, and I'll find this dead rash in my food and one on the wall. I never come back here.
So, I LOVE hot wings. I've tried many different wing places, but I don't think that I've been anywhere that has the same quality as this wingstop. Every time I've come in, I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile, no matter how busy. It's rare to find a restaurant where EVERYONE has A+ customer service. Chelby and TJ are the two people I usually see up front, and they're always absolutely fantastic. Quick to help, I wouldve LOVED to have had employees like them when I managed restaurants. Rena is also another fantastic employee here. At other restaurants I've worked/been, you can always tell when employees don't like eachother. At this location, I don't see any discomfort, it really seems like family. Ray and Jerezy are quick to provide quality wings in the best flavors. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Handcut fries are always fresh and delicious, wings are always fresh and juicy, and the staff is always great at communicating wait times for wings, as well as if there are any delays after ordering. Any DM would be proud to have this store in their District!
