Wendy's - Temple

This special Wendy's really impressed me. They are always friendly, respectful and professional. I'm driving three more miles to get to her drive for precise reasons. Food: 5/5

11:30. No answer. I thought they were closed first until I drove past and saw another car on the window. They drove around again, and they started taking my order. I ordered 5 for 5, cool, not big. They tried to order a children of Hamburg meal, they told me they were made of child meat. (so much for fresh, not frozen I asked for a Jr bacon chz deluxe, no chz (baby can not eat cheese, cool again. I ate it and cheese on the burger. I tried to move around and tell them the problem, and they told me they were closed. (This was before 11:45 a.m., I'm just telling them the situation could only ask if they could make it right, and they're telling me now that they're completely burger meat? Now I have an additional burger I can't feed my child, so I practically wasted money. Very disappointing. Also no cuts on my sour cream and cuts potato. 1/3 things that actually come with the article. Nutrition restrictions: They put cheese on a burger who specifically did not ask for cheese for allergies, and told me that they could not get the burger back.

Waited an hour for my order of 10 nuggets, they move slowly and the service is slow. I've been a fast food manager, and I've never seen a business run so terrible. No GLOVEN or HAIR NETS are WORN. Nobody knows what's going on.

A line cook scratches his head with his handhand and then pull a bungalow from the warmer / toaster and make someone order. We ordered a frost each and they were not as good as we remembered them years ago. Food: 1/5

This location is fast and accurate on orders, I only come in to Temple for Dr appointment and definitely have to make a stop at Wendy's!Food: 5/5
