Pizza Hut Express - Temple

So I decided, big box dinner with boneless wings and yall missed my order. The second girl had a whole attitude. so wished central Texas had better places to get some good pizza and wings. you have not been drawing back

Terrible service tonight! Places an order at 7:35 and at approx. 9:15 a.m. you will receive a text that changed or canceled my order. I'd give negative stars if I could. Tomorrow I will go to the store and request a full refund! Usually this place is very good. But tonight they suck!

This place is disgusting. Will never return to a single pizza hat site. My family and friends will never go to Pizza Hut again. I will be sure to post the extended and edited review here, google and Facebook. Required improvements!

Don't give up! We ordered delivery and were notified 30 to 40 minutes. We waited an hour and then called out if we got our pizza. The manager said it was 3 hours. We asked if we could pick it up and get a discount. He said no, he can't control the online system. He interrupted every time we spoke. I have 1 year old and had to cook something else for them. Don't waste your time or money here. Service and management are ridiculous.

I wouldn 't give them one star I ordered around 8:45 and my scheduled delivery time was around 3-4 hrs. I called asked if I could pick it up instead to make it easy on them he said they were slammed at once but my order was in the oven and should be to me shortly. No problem, so the delivery guy calls says what 's the gate code I told him he comes in said he was at the door, mind you we were standing at the door no one was there. So I called him to see where he was he gets mad instead of asking for better directions he tells me I 'm not going to bring your s f it and hangs up in my face! This is a disgusting way to even be to someone for one secondly I am visiting and that was a horrible impression of the restaurant. I kindly went and got my refund and did not want anything from them ! I will never order from here again!
