Steak 'n Shake - Tempe

The burgers here are true to the traditional Steak and Shake style—grilled thin and delicious. The Oreo shake was outstanding; it was smooth and thick, packed with delightful chunks of Oreo that I love. My only concern about returning to this particular spot is the limited menu options, especially the dearth of meals under $5. However, this trend is common at many college campus restaurants, which often streamline their menus to expedite service. Overall, it’s a fantastic nostalgic eatery, but the menu could use some improvement.

I absolutely love having an egg on my burger, and they prepared it perfectly for me. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the environment was clean. I give it two thumbs up!

The flattop-style burgers here are exceptional, featuring a deliciously caramelized exterior. The fresh, flavorful toppings complement them perfectly. The fries are incredibly crisp and addictive, and the pepper sauce is simply outstanding. This first visit was so enjoyable that I can’t wait to return again and again!
