Ramen Time - Tempe

Why does everybody feel compelled to give a five star review? I am beginning to not trust Google reviews anymore because they’re not fair and at least 75% of people are lying.Right off the bat, I didn’t eat here I just walked in and got sat down at a table. However, the reason I woke up and left is because the tables are literally sticky. The tables are sticky. If you put your hands or your arms on the table, they will get stuck there try it for yourself that means that they just put water on them. It’s not very sanitary it’s dirty. The place is very dirty. I’m not joking. I have nothing against these people and I am not winning or losing anything by leaving this review. This review is for the user to know what they’re going forIt’s literally in Arizona so now that you know that this place is located in Arizona what is Arizona in August? Obviously you want air conditioner sorry you’re not gonna get air conditioner here. It’s probably hotter inside and it is on the outside. No joke I promise you I give you my word. This is why I walked out. The place is dirty and there’s no air conditioner plain and simple. I can’t try the food because it’s too hot and it’s too dirty. Why would I put myself through that on a day that is 106°

An intimate interior with a kind staff and some REALLY great Ramen! We ordered Takoyaki that came out piping hot (temperature; let it cool a bit first! but FULL of flavor. Ramen was hearty and portions were large. As it was my very first time having traditional Ramen I don 't have much to compare it to but I was extremely impressed! The Fruit Green Tea was refreshing and felt perfect to take the edge off the warm dishes. There was quite a variety and having tried both the Peach and Mango, I would recommend the Mango. There are several other flavors to choose from and will have fun ordering others in the future. The dining area was a bit warm, but bearable. I would suggest going when the weather isn 't too hot or when the sun sets.

The ramen is all the things you want in ramen, and none of the extra, unnecessary trappings. Good noodles, strong broth, correct meat offerings, suitably prepared eggs, and fresh vegetables combine to make what is in the bowl exactly what you want in a ramen. I also draw your attention to the Gyoza sauce and the boba milk teas as strong performers as well.

I had the curry udon with a side of takoyaki with dabbles of the ramen time special from another plate. It was extremely filling and felt like it gave my soul life.
