City Market Deli - Tempe

This Review is for the location in Washington office Managment was changed last month and from that moment it went down. The staff are rude and unprofessional and the new managment are nice but have no experience in restaurant business.

The place is dirty, stinks, and is horribly overpriced.

For three years running Deli has held an A with Maricopa County! Not an easy feat as county is very strict. All food is made to order so fresh and delicious. Wait times are average for food made to order as warmers are not used as they make food taste stale. Overall returning customers share their satisfaction daily with the staff.

They dont get your order right regularly and dont seem to be bothered by the fact either. Not a fan. I work within the same plaza and have been trying this place for 5 yrs. I don't go here very often due to the high prices and lack of customer service. I refuse to spend money there unless its like the last resort. I will walk to ladybug cafe across the street instead most of the time or bring my lunch. Ladybug café has fresh food, better variety and is well priced. And don't order starbucks because they can hardly do that right also.

Worst service ever! The employees are rude, they never get your order right, and it takes them 20+ minutes to get you your food even if it's something small.
