Bidra med feedbackI give this restaurant 5 stars for the food and drinks, but 0 stars for their lack of knowledge and poor customer service. I visited this place to redeem my free T-Mobile Tuesday drink using my Cinnabon app. The cashier told me he was new and couldn't figure out how to redeem the reward in their app, so he had to call his absent manager. He insisted that I had to pay for the drink if I wanted it. By the time the manager arrived, it was too late and the reward had expired. When I called to speak to the manager, she was rude and dismissive, refusing to help me and telling me to just move on because it was only $4. I vowed to never return to this place and recommend they train their employees in better customer service skills.
Ten minutes before closing, I saw a worker who had four plates of cinnamon rolls already frosted. I went to the bar and ordered one cinnamon roll, but the worker told me they were for tomorrow's customers. I asked about the cinnamon rolls behind him, and he said they were for tomorrow as well. I inquired if it was for a special event, and he said no, just for the morning customers. I requested to speak to a manager, and another employee came over and told me I couldn't purchase a cinnamon roll and had to come back in the morning. After a few minutes of me expressing my confusion and disappointment at losing a potential customer, he simply said he didn't care and walked away. I will not be buying from this restaurant again.

In that whole mall that place was the one that gave actual customer service and they were so nice all smilesthe cinnamon buns were fresh and so good
