Espadin - Temecula

I recommend trying the vegan sopes at this restaurant. The tacos are okay, but nothing special. The restaurant has a fantastic location with outdoor seating, making it a fun spot to visit with friends right by the main train in the historic Old Town of Temecula.

The mushroom tacos are delicious, but they come as a large mushroom on a tortilla which is difficult to eat. I had to break the mushroom into pieces in order to enjoy it. The regular rice and beans are not vegan, but they can be substituted for black beans and quinoa. The chips are also very tasty.
