El Pollo Loco - Temecula

Delicious as always with El Pollo Loco. Good options when keto eat. The kitchen was secured and I had a little wait (15 minutes, which is not ideal with fast food) for the chicken at the dining room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just picked up food a few mins ago and one of the chicken taquitos was frozen and had to microwave it and my tostada salad normally comes with regular lettuce not spinach? Idk what?s going on at this location but take a few extra mins and go to the Murrieta hot springs location they are much better

Although the cashiers are courteous and polite the food is either over or under cooked. I went back more than once thinking it was just an off day. Not so. I'm disappointed bc it's so close by. I'm not sure if I want to take another chance eating there.

Since seeing the Birrieria commercials its been a while for me. Commercial got me! Ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Easy peasy in under 10 mins. The food was good. I would recommend maybe a bigger (Quesadilla size or more/bigger tacos) serving to fill you up like their chain/local competitors.

Nice service, just don't forget you basically have to ask for anything like salsas, dressings, utensils, napkins, straws like twice. There seems to always be something I don't really get and won't realized until I'm home so check twice. Happens quite a bit here even when I ask but nothing major, quick service with nice staff.
