Carol's - Temecula

Pasta is excellent. Shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Together with her Chardonnay, my lips are happy.

The salmon crusted salad with citrus dressing was absolutely amazing. Very fresh and light, but filled you up! Fantastic service! Beautiful scenery and ambiance. Some of the best wines in the Temecula Valley Wineries.

So we live in Temecula and it?s hard to find places to eat on the weekends that don?t have 2 hour waits, especially in the wineries that are packed with tourists. I?ve actually never been to Carol?s but we decided to give it a try and we loved it. Didn?t have a wait which could be a bad sign but it was so nice to not have to deal with the hustle. It?s not all trendy and has a medieval character to it. Hostess/server was perfectly sweet and attentive. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. We enjoyed some live music and cozy outdoor patio seating. I would definitely recommend to locals who haven?t already stopped in.

I loved this place! We spent my 65th birthday there. The food was amazing and our server gets 10 stars! I highly recommend Carol's ?

Food is amazing. Prep is a little slow but didn't mind one bit bc the singer, Sandy, was so amazing. What a range! Great music selection and beautiful voice. Wonderful ambiance. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and generously portioned. An absolute must when in Temecula.
