Have been eating here every week for the last two years with not one complaint

I waited another 20 minutes before I decided to complain. The food arrived about 10 minutes later—except for mine. The waitress realized I hadn’t received my meal and asked which roast I had ordered. I explained that I hadn’t ordered a roast and reminded her of my actual order. She returned shortly and said we could have my meal for free. Meanwhile, my younger son’s meal looked like it was meant for a toddler. My wife’s risotto resembled something from a boil-in-the-bag package from the supermarket, though she said it tasted "okay." My older son, who usually loves pizza, couldn't eat much of his, and when my wife tasted it, she declared it horrible and inedible. Finally, my meal arrived about 15 minutes later than everyone else's, and it was missing the salsa and sour cream that were supposed to come with it. A staff member then informed me that I wasn't entitled to them, but they would "make an exception as a favor." Wow. While my food was acceptable, it wasn’t great. We decided to decline their later offer of desserts (which we would have to pay for, of course) and asked for the bill. The bill included the drink we hadn’t ordered and my meal that was promised for free. This led to a significant complaint on our part. My wife paid what was actually due—without leaving a tip, of course.

Incredible food and service! The staff was extremely attentive and polite, and the portion sizes were generous.
