Why did you rate us lower on our profile and give us a low score when you did not encounter any issues at Göbeklitepe kebab salon?

We were more satisfied when the restaurant was in the small old shop, but our satisfaction dropped to zero when it moved to the larger shop on the main street. Delivery orders are fine with no issues, but the experience dining in is completely different. The service is lacking, they are hesitant to bring a tray or accept card payments, and we have had to wait patiently for our orders multiple times. The last time we ordered lahmacun, it was surprisingly small. The person at the cash register was unpleasant and claimed that cards could not be accepted, which is concerning for health reasons.

The staff at this restaurant did an excellent job, serving delicious food that was hot and delivered promptly. The cleanliness was top-notch, despite the distance from my home, the food was still warm and the delivery staff were very hygienic. I highly recommend this restaurant, they deserve a perfect score of 10.

The taste is excellent, the quality is excellent, I highly recommend everything.

The recently opened kebab restaurant isn't too shabby.
