Bidra med feedbackWe really enjoyed our experience in this facility. The staff, in particular Roberto, was very friendly and yet efficient. The food and drinks came out very quickly and we enjoyed every single dish we ordered. We had the Calamari and the Ceviche as starters. Both were delicious. For the main meal I had wrapped the grilled sea bass in banana leaf, my wife had the fried red snapper, and my daughter had the shrimp pasta. All three were delicious, but the grilled fish in banana leaves was the highlight. We finished our meal with a Flan de Coco, which was also delicious. The only disappointment was the fries that accompanied the fish. You were just okay. Next time, I'd go for the beautified vegetables instead. You pay tourist prices, like any other restaurant in Manuel Antonio. But the seafood was fresh and well prepared, so it was definitely worth it.
Great meat and a huge lobster! The service wasn’t always the best, but was better the second time we came back. They have a guy in the street who announces happy hour until the very end of their happy hour, then if the waiters take more than one minute to attend you they claim it’s already over. Communication?
Amazing seafood. Ambience is good! We ordered the specials and it was very good. Drinks were good too. Service was fun and perky Right by the beach and the road so hard to miss. Kid friendly too
Best meal I had in Costa Rica, hands down! I had a whole (9 ounce? red snapper baked in banana leaves with spices, with salad and sautéed vegetables, so it was incredibly healthy. These 2 huge meals with beer were $39. The restaurant is located right across the street from the beach so you can see the water and people doing water sports from your table. Marita, the Maite D’, was lovely.
Really good! If you try to eat relatively cheap but good quality this place is great (Nothing is super cheap here bc it is Costa Rica and it is not like Mexico). Directly on the beach staff is very nice and service was good. We went twice during our trip. The bruschetta (pesto and tomatos) was to die (both baked)! We also have the combination plate (fish, Calamari, Squid, chicken and steak with tortillas) was a pretty good offer 10,000 Cólones for a huge plate enough to take home and yummy (got twice). Ceviche was pretty good for 3,600 Cólones (forgot twice). And finally I got the Casado con pescado (mahi-mahi, rice and beans, salad, curtains, tortilla and vegetables) the only thing I wasn't really about this dish was the vegetables that looked like they were skillful or frozen. I also recommend getting the fruit juice we tried Guanábana, bananas and Maracuyá (can get milk or water). All this was the best place we tried on our trip, which was not ridiculously expensive.
