Gut Edermann - Teisendorf

We accidentally got on the way to visit friends in salzburg and we were so happy to have left the autobahn. we entered this hotel and went to the building a beautifully restored restaurant in the way of the beginning of the 20th century. beautiful atmosphere, small details all around and a kitchen that really surprises! it begins with a greeting from the kitchen, followed by what they have ordered. but what they have ordered looks different what they understood and not only the presentation, but the taste georgeous! service very friendly, good wee (unfortunately I had to drive). there are two restaurants. you call mouth type and the other building room unfortunately we have not seen any room but learned from the broochure that they have design rooms and a huge spa area. we told our friend about this restaurant when we arrived and said that this place is one of the best in salt castle. happy! go there and enjoy them as we have done!

That is the restaurant of the hotel. service is professional, food based on local specialties redeveloped in a modern key. a little pricy, but acceptable. as I will be in the same opposite again, I will go back to eat with edermann.

We entered this hotel and went into "Bauernstube" a beautifully restored restaurant in the way of the beginning of century. But what you ordered looks different of what you had in mind and not only the presentation but the taste georgeous! Service very friendly, good wines (unfortunately I had to drive)... There are two restaurants. One is called "Mundart" and the other one "Bauernstube". Unfortunately we did not see any rooms but learned from the brochure that they have "Design-Rooms" and a huge Spa-area. We told our friend about this restaurant when we arrived and they said that this place is one of the best around Salzburg. Lucky us! Go there and enjoy like we did!

The good edermann has convinced me both as a wellness hotel with luxury wellness landscape as well as as as really very good restaurant.While I found our room (medium category) as very modern, super clean and great view on the alpen very good, however with an equipment in good upmarket middle class level (bed and matraze best-in-class, the rest rather simple/normal)
