Luder's - Teignbridge

Really nice café excellent home cooked food with friendly service. They make their own pastries, pies and cakes all of it good. They even make their own chocolate for Christmas and Easter which is better than anything you can get at the supermarket.

Gorgeous crisp pastry, perfect custard filling. Lovely assistant cut it into four and even serviettes and a little knife to get it out the foil. Perfect! Thank you!

A must visit if you’re in the area. The best flans I’ve tasted. Only problem is they sell out fast so you have to get there early. It is only a small shop.

As a coffee lover who has been told to restrict caffeine intake, it is great to have a place that serves decaf coffee that is as good as the regular stuff. I would go as far as to say that their decaf is as good as any regular coffee served in Teignmouth. The cakes and pastries are all delicious and there is always a decent choice in the window. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Worth the trip to Teignmouth just for this bakery. Unique. Friendly staff, fantastic products. Cakes, pies, flans. So popular they run out of products if you’re not quick.
