We had a lovely night at this restaurant. Although it was a little bit chilly we enjoyed our meals outside. Amazing views. Staff, in traditional clothes, was friendly. However, our dishes were not served at the same time. My boyfriend had to wait another 8...minutes before his meal was served. The food was average, but tasted good. I would recommend this place, if you are in for a relaxed night in a traditional Bavarian restaurant in peaceful surroundings.

We visited Tergensee on our tour of Bavaria and on the advice of our hotel we had dinner here. An excellent recommendation! Great welcome with a lovely warm ambiance. The food is a lovely example of Bavarian cuisine. Service excellent, very efficient and quick without...being rushed. Only one problem for the non-German/non-European traveler: non-European credit cards are not accepted; cash the only alternative.

Just came back there after several years not visiting the region, sort of nostalgy and very positive memories. Location still the same with a fantastic view across the lake, a wooden fire was on, hardly any diners. Disappointed about the Kasspatzn, very happy about the...service, i.e. speed and kids-friendly.
