Bidra med feedbackI meant to give this restaurant a 1 not a 5. Not our first visit but will be our last! Service was excellent. Food left lots to be desired. My husband ordered fish which was seriously over cooked. The chicken alfredo had a good taste but was very dry.
The service was terrible. We were there for 2 hours. They did only have one waitress. We all got our food at different times. I never once got a refill on my water. The steak was mediocre. The waitress told who I was with 20 minutes after we ordered that they had no bone in wings but could do boneless. Which took another 20 minutes. My other friend ordered a club sandwich which she brought out two pieces of ham and 3 slices of bread. I had finished eating by the time the 3 other people at my table got their food. I had bee. Here once before and the wait to get food was long but this tops it off. Not going back.
I used to love the food here but recently it has went waaay downhill. They have one waitress thats not rude and does her job but the rest are not suited to their job. They rarely answer the phone to take takeout orders and spend most of their time sitting in the back booth ignoring their customers. Very disappointing considering the price you pay for the food....
Don't order the shrimp cocktail!! 12.50 for 6 tiny shrimp.. we returned them. Atmosphere is great but the food is mediocre. Staff was very friendly.
Had lunch with another friend here. Both of us used separate credit cards to pay. Three days later, both of our cards had a charge for the Solo 2 business which may be a restaurant in Pembroke, VA. The fraudulent charge amounts were exactly the same as our Seven lunch bills which was very suspicious. I called the Seven restaurant (which apparently is now the TTown Bar and Grill). The manager promised to look into it and call me back. Never received a call. Both of us had to cancel our credit cards. Do NOT eat here unless you pay cash!
