Arby's - Taylorville

Colin was excellent. Calm, professional and helpful. Great atmosphere, busy but it didn't feel chaotic.

Food isn't good anymore. It's cold as soon as you get it. Slopped together on buns. Discontinued a lot of items.

They trick you into overcharging for your order. I ordered my food ended up paying double and got my what I ordered but when I tried to ask them to fix it they just hurried me up and said there was nothing they could do. Definitely not going back ever

The restaurant smelled like rotten meat, the food was horrible. I ordered a classic roast beef and the roast beef was cut thick and the bun was stale. No other customers were in the restaurant and it was hard to find a table that was wiped off. The soda counter had catchup and Arby's sauce all over it. No lids for our drinks and the restaurant sitting area was so dirty.

Got sandwiches for a late lunch. Roast beef with chedder.
