We had two frenulectomies done here for our newborn. They were done well, but the office had us submit a claim to insurance instead of billing directly, giving us the impression that it should be covered. We had to submit a claim and it was denied, leaving us on the hook for $800. If we'd gone with a different provider that billed insurance directly, we could have saved hundreds of dollars.Also, on the phone they gave us a cost, but didn't make it clear that cost would be repeated if a lip frenulectomy was required in addition to a tongue frenulectomy.

Making an appointment was extremely easy, though you should do it on a computer as it's not 100% mobile friendly.Once I got to the office, everyone I interacted with was so kind, from reception to the hygienist and doctor. I'm grateful to have found a place that's so close to home and so efficient in their work!

I have a huge fear of the dentist. I absolutely love the staff here. They are truly Warm and inviting and I feel at ease at this dentist. They have grown to be like family to me and they remember details about me and my daughter.

I would say this is a “for the people” dentistOffice. They have really good prices. Doc cold seems to have a good amount of experience with harder dental issues.He has implants; so if you’re like me and also have implants at least you know he has experience wearing them, therefore how to care for them. They were straight forward and to the point.I had an issue with an infection and they got me in the following day.All in all we all just want pretty teeth with a dentist who won’t fill pretend cavities. Or up sale you on things you don’t actually need.

Thos is a well run dental office. The people are kind knowledge. Dr. Cold is gentle, listens, answers all questions helps make a plan for your immediate future dental care! It was a great experience.
