Asked for a foot long pro had to tell the employee twice before he put the cheese on, then got my bread wrong when I asked for herbs and cheese but settled for white because I’m tired of repeating myself. Seeing the reviews saying this place is clean? That’s a lie. must of been when an employee actually cared about there job because it’s not like that now.
We placed an order online. Upon arrival our sandwiches were not ready. There was only 1 person working and she had a very bad attitude. When she started making our sandwiches I told her to please heat my meat and cheese. I never got any cheese. I asked her not to put tomatoes on my sandwich because they looked horrible. She got very angry. I asked her to please go easy on the sauces just to remind her. She put so much Chipotle on it that it was hard to eat it. I reminded her not to put Parmesan on my husband’s meatball sub and she grabbed it and shook it all over his sandwich he told me to leave it alone. I will never come back to this Subway. So rude and condescending!
If you can help not to go. Don’t go, asked for double meat, charged for double meat, but got single size portion.
Im actually impressed at how thin they are able to slice the meat. You can almost see through it. They carged 14.75 to my card for a sandwich that was 10.99 on the menu.
