Pizza Hut - Taylorsville

My pizza was burnt. And I couldn't get anyone to answerAnd I get that they need better people. But still it is a business.Were is the management, or owners to make sure it runs like it should. I do not run my companies like that.

I will never use pizza hut again. Place a online order around 5 after 8pm. Was told I would have it by 850pm. Found out around 940pm my order was cancelled. Never got a call or anything. I have 2 boys 9 and 7 yrs . I hope the get hit hard from there boss

Well Pizza Hut has joined the disappointing club, with their heavy transition into the Shrinkflation mode. We got a 'Large ' pizza which is really the size of the previous Small pizza.They used to have great pan pizza with a thick crispy crust, that is gone as well. It is now a hand tossed size, no thickness, no crispy edged crust.They tasted good but that is the only good point, sad, the pizzas used to be very good

Believe the reviews. Takes forever. We are still waiting. Not going here again.

1/15/24 order wasn't delivered as expected but store took care of it in around 30 or so minutes plus an extra pizza. I didn't ask or complain either so I was thankful for the consideration as a customer. Thank you Taylorsville Pizza Hut!!
