Dutch Bros Coffee - Taylorsville

The wonderful folks that were working at 5 on Tuesday went above and beyond to deliver great service even while cleaning up a spill. Not only did they keep their composure but they were incredibly positive about the whole situation. Wouldn’t have even thought about leaving a review if i hadn’t been for the wonderful service. They deserve a raise!!

I LOVE this dutch bros! Most staff are so friendly and inviting. However, I recently had an experience with someone named Autumn that was subpar. I felt that this experience had much lower levels of customer service. I felt rushed and like I did not matter as much. My drink took significantly longer to make than usual, and it was unfortunately made incorrectly. It was just not the dutch bros I know this day. The whole experience was just not what i was looking for. Just wanted to give some feedback!

I went through the drive thru. The lady helping us was extremely nice, helpful, and didn't rush us. I don't drink coffee, but my fiance does. She gave us both great recommendations.I was surprised they didn't have a lot of options for drinks (compared them to starbucks), but you do get more bang for your buck, which is better in my book.
