Moe's Southwest Grill - Taylors

This Moe's was filthy. I don't typically take notice of cleanliness levels but it was unavoidable. Booths and tables were dirty with old crumbs and spilled drinks, floors had puddles of drinks and crushed chips, salsa bar filthy and glass covered with days worth of splashed salsa. Drink machine was also filthy and out of a lot of the flavors. The food wasn't bad but I have little faith that it was properly stored, cooked and prepared. I do not plan to return to this Moe's.

Restaurant was just dirty. Lid was missing of toilet in men's bathroom. Hall leading to bathroom and back door was filthy. The walls doors everythingFood was ok . Steak tasted like it had been around for a while. The chicken tasted burnt to me but my wife liked it?

Food is horrible tasteless rice was hard, onions old and soggy. The grills looked like they have not been cleaned in months. The whole food prep area is dirty. This is my second and last visit ever.

My 8-year nephew wanted Moe's! It was BUSY! Those young people were working so hard but the line got longer and longer. Food was really good...as always! Seating area was messy but those young employees had no way to break free to wipe tables.

Awful experience! My family arrived short after 7pm and were the only ones in line. We were actively ignored for about 10 minutes while one employee was making online orders. Despite being at a major meal time, the restaurant felt like it was closing. Other than the one making the online orders the rest of the employees were cooking or doing line prep. My wife ordered steak which was not ready. They said they would bring it out. They did not. My wife had to go back and ask to get it. The restaurant was filthy too. The fountain machine sprayed my shirt when I poured my drink. Overall awful experience. At least the food, when we finally got it, was good.
