Mcdonald's - Taylor

The staff at this restaurant location are amazing! From Marie to Bianca and the rest of the crew, everyone is so friendly, caring, and kind. The maintenance team even goes above and beyond by keeping the grounds clean at 6 am, even in freezing weather. I usually just stop in for a black coffee with ice, but the crew always cheers on all of their customers.

The ice cream machine at this restaurant was actually functioning, even during dinner hours, which was perfect for those of us craving ice cream late at night. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely a highlight that will make us want to come back again.

I want to give a huge shout out to the young gentleman at McDonalds on Telegraph in Taylor. My granddaughter and I went through the drive through,(which was extreamly busy, after the Uncle Sam Jam, approximately around 11:30 p.m. He was so pressional, and handled this rush with such grace! Had a huge smile on his face, and told us to have a wonderful rest of the evening. It was so wonderful to have this kind of experience, especially after all the bad in this world now days. He definitely made our night complete. My granddaughter even noticed how well he handled himself. He's definitely a 10 in our book. It seemed as though he was the only one running everything as well. Kuddos to this young man. He deserves to be on the top of that pedestal and possibly a RAISE!! Keep up your work ethic!

In my opinion, I give this McDonald's a five-star rating. I enjoy the great service, my orders are always correct and fresh, and the best part is that you can save money and earn points by ordering through the app. These points can be redeemed for free food in the future. Thank you for the excellent service!

Horribly slow service. While I was waiting the lady next me was handed a bag with her order...It was missing five items. I waited a long time and finally had to sit down (I'm disabled with Multiple Sclerosis). I finally got the sweet tea I was waiting for...warm with very little ice. Also while I was sitting and eating a burger, I noticed an elderly couple in their 70's come in and wait at the counter for service. They were ignored and they got disgusted and left. Don't come to this McDonald's.
