Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Taylor

2/6/24I 've enjoyed this particular Dairy Queen location many times and today I realized that I 've been remis in my diligence to write a review, so I will make up for that right now. I entered the store and was promptly greeted by Rhonda G. who took my order and then, when it was ready, brought it to my table. She checked on me during my meal to see if everything was good and/or if I was in need of anything else. On this occasion, as I was finishing my meal and my Blizzard treat, a gentleman dressed in Michigan garments (Go Blue), just as I was also wearing, approached and asked me how everything was. I explained that everything was good but that everything is always good here. After a few minutes of casual talk about this (and other) DQ 's that I have frequented, the gentleman identified himself as Sam the store owner. I told him that I always get good service there and that some of the staff actually make me feel like family. I then gave an example of Rhonda and the gentleman who took care of me the previous day. Come to find out, that gentleman is Sam 's brother who is a co-owner of the store. We've always had fresh hot food. They are extremely clean and efficient. The staff is great and we appreciate them all. I ordered a hamburger patty for my dogs and the staff gave each of my girls/dogs a pup cup. That's how awesome their employees are at the Taylor Dairy queen.Kid-friendliness: They went above and beyond for the kids with a outstanding Halloween party where all the staff dressed up and the owner decorated with best decorations. They gave everyone a goodies bag. They are definitely kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: They are very much wheelchair accessible

Food is always good and served hot! Friendly staff and fast drive thru!! We’ve been repeat customers since they opened.

I was happy cause they were open so late but they just couldn’t get my order right. But if you check your order before you leave then you’ll have a great experience. Great place for a late night
