Domino's Pizza - Taunton Deane

I do not recommend, this is the second chance I gave this place against my own gut… the delivery driver turned up very late as he went past my house, and was pulled over in a lay-by for 25 minutes, the pizza has turned up cold and only half covered in toppings! I can’t drive so I’m not going to walk 45 minutes to return a cold and half covered pizza because customer services won’t deal with it as it’s supposedly an in store issue.

Nice meal. Social distancing measures were good and well thought out. Food was alittle slow coming out but tasty. Children's portions a great size. Friendly staff.

The most incompetence and ridiculous customer service I have ever received! They didn't deliver my order, tried to claim I'd never made it and I'm now battling with them to get a refund. Everyone is rude and has a bad attitude, clearly no the customer is right policy here! I have been passed round the houses and its clear that previous staff members I've spoken too have not passed on my comments so I have to keep starting again. Absolute joke!

My self and my partner were severely ill with food poising from one on domino's chicken pizza's. Will not be using again. Really disappointed as usually we've had good service. Pizza didn't look particularly well presented and was delivered 20 mins after ordered, which seems very quick to have been a freshly made pizza.

Ordered over £40 worth of food , never arrived , no phone call , apparently a printing error with label for delivery ,which is an error on their part , not ours . but had full address on confirmation email , manager just smirked and said I’m not willing to remake your pizzas after THEY failed to deliver , said he’d phone customer service , we phoned them , he hadn’t been in contact , obviously just stood out the back , will never order from there again. Manager by the name of Keith is an absolute joke. Liar thief and the worst manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
