Bidra med feedbackIKEA is like coriander, either you hate him or you love him. However, the opinion may also change. When I was young, all friends were totally on IKEA furniture. I personally found the simple furniture and decoration, but not so stupid. Then I suddenly followed a change and there were very high-quality furniture, especially in the dining room. During the last visits I found many things so mauly out of sight, especially in the living area (Sofa/Couch) hardly convinced me. But what still convinces me, even if we don't have so much of it in the house: the shelves and cabinets and here also the combination options with suitable boxes, boxes, baskets, doors, drawers etc. In the meantime, if you were forced to make the whole way through the furniture exhibition as a newcomer, you know as insiders that you can go directly into the market room and here there are abbreviations that want to start certain areas. The market hall is still the magical attraction for many visitors. I don't belong to those who buy candles and napkins every visit. But here and there a kitchen helper likes to find the way to the shopping cart. What I am not convinced: bed linen, towels, pillows, carpets in the areas I have never found, which has convinced me qualitatively. If you are shopping more or less unsuccessfully, you can visit the IKEA Family Card for a short time at the restaurant or bistro. And when finally the Krusbull-Schaumküsschen go to the Sweden Shop again more often. Conclusion: No love or hate, I'm afraid there's more I don't care.
On 31.10.2022 we were again shopping at Ikea. There was not all the information occupied, so we asked where to turn. The employee was somewhat unstoppable and explained that they would go to the sofa department. There was a real surprise. The employee (Galina) took us in peace and showed us some possibilities as we did not know what we took. Everything was very friendly and to our full satisfaction. Thank you, Ikea.
Unbelievable freky with customer service and kitchen department You continue and the next and your problem is still not dealt with. Everyone says something different to you, even though they are mistakes. Never again!
At minus 4 degrees, mothers with child, elders, etc. 1 hour and more stand out who want to return something. Bravo IKEA! So far I liked the articles, but this customer service is underground! No, thanks.
Have given back a mirror that had one point in the glass. Everything worked very well! Even my driving costs get reimbursed! IKEA on this!
