Csali Csarda - Tatabanya

Horribly slow service, had to wait 45+ minutes for our food only to realize the waiter forgot to take one of the orders. The food was very bad, so oily and salty we nearly returned it. All the food on the menu is deepfried as if we were stuck in the 80's dont go there unless you want that retro soviet heartattack experience.

Large traditional dishes (5 types of fish soup and the portions are generous. the lake offers a large panorama and the small playground is ideal for children. also great for small high times!

Traditional Hungarian restaurant. The food is OK, but nothing exceptional. I assume they are focusing on big events, like weddings where they need to serve large crowds with edible food. Some of the waiters are odd or kind of grumpy. It feels that they are really fed up working there after 30+ years. Anyway, if you want to try a large selection of traditional Hungarian specialities, you can do it here, but none of the dishes are specially well prepared.

Beautiful restaurant next to the lake, always busy, but they always find a place for people without reservation, the local dishes are fresh and tasty.
