L’espiga D’or - Tarragona

We came on a Saturday afternoon. the worker explained that eating was yesterday. but the rice dish was very good, like the croquettes. there were interesting soups as well as a potato queue and what lasagna looked like, but we did not try them out. all said our lunch for two came to €15 large portions, pleasant, friendly service. also nice to eat surrounded by health products.

The caffe is located on the back of the food business, but there is a pick-up switch on the doorstep. many food choices for vegan and vegetarian. the staff is friendly and helpful. with a combination of broken English and my broken katalonian we managed to get a meal sorted. it was delicious too. there is a lot to offer in the health food shop including the widest selection of vegan cheese I have ever seen!
