Simple folks with basic requirements, this place is good and should be chosen simply for its proximity to Tarkarli beach, if that is your requirement. They have a restaurant which is slow in service but food is decent. Slow restaurant service seems to be the norm in Tarkarli though, so maybe that's why. My ratings Facilities 2 cause it is really quite basic. Staff is friendly but slightly gruff hence 3. Cleanliness is good. Location is perfect as far as being at Tarkarli beach is concerned. Beach itself is awesome, clean and big. Devbag beach is also close and ricks are available or can be called. Value for money could be better if charges were a bit lower considering the facilities. Rooms: Clean rooms but basic facilities only. Be very mindful of not staining the bedsheets or towels in anyway cause they will charge extra if you do Nearby activities: Tarkarli beach is walking distance. You can walk through MTDC premises also if you want to get to the beach. Beach itself is simply wonderful. Water is not to deep and safe for children but do not wander too far in to the sea as it drops off quite rapidly after a short distance. There are no lifeguards on duty. Jet ski, banana boat, bumper ride available on beach from 6 am to be 6 pm Walkability: Less than 5 minutes walk from resort gate to beach. Food drinks: Service is very slow at their restaurant. But I think service is slow in general anywhere in Tarkarli. Food itself is decent enough.

Rooms are small and uncomfortable. Entry doors are old style so don't lock up well. Staff is not co-operative. I booked 2 rooms and they gave me a room no.1 and a room no.10, I had to book 2 rooms as I was travelling with family and 1 room couldn't accomodate more than 2 people. So they should have given two rooms side by side but they didn't. Bad Service. Their Kitchen is good and I enjoyed the food from their side. Ample amount of Parking space so no issue about that. Rooms: Old rooms with old entry doors and small bathrooms
