Excellent traditional Tarijeño place. Efficient, personalized attention, and in pandemic times caring for the clientele. I served a chorizo bife accompanied by a wine the truth an insurmountable experience
An excellent place to eat grilled meats with meat cuts, the cooking is exact to which one requests. It is a good service restaurant with an excellent wine menu and delicious food. With a pleasant attention and a varied salad buffet, garrisons and sauces. The location is quite central. The service hours are from 12:00-15:00 and from 18:30-23:00. Excellent attention and spectacular flavor of meats
First, what was great. After spending 10 days touring rural Bolivia on motorcycles, eating, you guessed it, rice and chicken, this place was a breath of fresh culinary air. The private dining room was Bolivian perfect. Our meal started with a great salad and sides buffet. The potatoes in honey mustard with black sesame seeds were particularly divine. We ordered a variety of steak cuts. One of our party ordered the pepper steak and said it was the best steak they’ve had in years. The rest of the steaks were all very enjoyable. What could be improved. Some of the steaks were over cooked. The service, while very friendly, was somewhat lacking. We had to clear our own plates off the tables between courses. We should have returned to Cafe Tentacion for desert and coffee. This was without a doubt one of the best meals we’ve had in Bolivia and we will definitely return on our next trip to Tarija. We had a phenomenal evening.
