Kfc - Tarboro

Very disappointed in the food quality.My family and I went through the drive through and ordered $30 worth of food. The cashier was nice however she asked us to pull forward to wait for our food. (I don't mind waiting for food especially if it means that the food will be fresh and hot. )We waited about 10 minuets for our food to come and it wasn't even warm and my kids were missing their milk that came with their kids meal and we were not given any utensils or napkins.

Food is good, service is semi fast, clean environment.

Ordered a bucket meal and asked for extra crispy. We got 2 pcs of crispy in the whole bucket and the rest were original. Also, the chicken was absolutely soaked with fryer grease. The biscuits were under cooked and doughy as well. Sad that a chicken place can't get their chicken right.

Chicken was overcooked and super dry, the biscuits were hard as a brick, when ordering ordered apple pies and at end of order was asked if we wanted to order apple pies ??? REALLY no one listens or takes pride in doing their job. Then no apple pies were placed in the bag, had to go back and get them !!! Really not first time ordering that things have been left out of the bag. Need some serious management at this place.

This was my 2nd time going AFTER the first time that KFC (Tarboro NC) got my order wrong! I realized since this is multiple times (Hoping that they'll finally get my order right I will never go back there again, in Tarboro NC! When they got my order wrong before. Against my feelings, months later, I decided to give Tarboro NC location another try and guess what? The staff on 12/10/23 decided to talk bad about me when I specifically stated what I wanted and they didn't get the order right. I ultimately asked for a refund. I also asked why they didn't fill my my order on how I specifically asked for it to be done. I'm forever giving up on the KFC here in TARBORO NC! I love KFC but the one that's located her in TARBORO always get my order wrong and from this day forward I WILL NEVER PATRON IT AGAIN! (Especially since I've always SPECIFIED my order and they just continue to give me what they want to give me.
