Le Bassia - Tarbes

Only went for a drink but the service was good and the music even better.

My meal at Le Bassia restaurant in Tarbes was a fairly average experience, marked by several negative points. First, the service left something to be desired. When I asked for specific cooking for my meat, I was refused. Finally, I received medium-rare meat that was, in reality, clearly rare. Also, I asked for a plain rice pudding but received a caramel rice pudding, which the waitress had to replace. Regarding the cuisine, it was simple and rustic, which in itself is not a problem. However, given these inconveniences, the quality-price ratio seems questionable to me. It's a shame, because these incidents tarnished my overall experience at this restaurant

Hello I will often eat in the Bassia I am sorry to contradict Mathieu but I often eat the piece of the roasted butcher and I love it bleeding and not once it has arrived me to point or another the kitchen is simple and good idem for desserts elsewhere if they display complete every day at noon it is not for nothing it is necessary to book in advance to have its place at noon or to come to the 2nd. .. and despite the full room we are served quickly and with kindness then MR Mathieu know that if not take me a well cooked meat instead of bleeding I say right away because I hate beef too cooked the error is human and yes!!! But in any case I go there at least 5 times a month for years and I have never been disappointed and the prices I even told myself how they do to sell so low a dish of the day like that and yes!!! In any tarbes it is the restaurant with the best value price .. and in addition they are all nice and welcoming... good continuation at BASSIA I hope they will not leave us so soon

Friendly atmosphere, received by friendly people. Quick service. Copious entries, dishes to the top especially the fish. Thanks for the good time, we'll be back with friends. Good continuation, don't change anything.
