Great store, nice and well-happy. Very nice staff. A survey without restraint

Four years we come every week, but we won't come back again! The Biocoop is really great, with a lot of VRAC. However, I do not understand the sale of PALME's 'HUILE' products, as the false soaps of Marseille Rampal Latour (the real do not contain them). There is also a lack of instructions on the VERRE. We will no longer come back because a young employee (big and blond) spoke very badly with inappropriate reflections. We were sold out of perished ham, by mail we had a refund answer. The credit union is therefore asked to count this refund by showing the supporting documents. He didn't want to know because for him he was too late. What we can understand but the fact of saying is not to come to this hour too as if we chose to do the races at 7pm... We had an hour to come... The manager came to hear the cashier speak badly, but without saying anything, unless confirming that seeing the world at the cashier, it will be the next time. It was good for us before the cashier (speaking alone) said loud at the end of the rules, no but what idea. Never had a problem with the staff, only that day with this gentleman. Its behavior seems completely contrary to the values of the Bio and the store. For 8 € of refund, we dropped this Biocoop and now we go to that of Lourdes, a little better and above all without friendly staff.

Very beautiful biocoop with many choices, a dream butchery ray, correct prices. Special mention for staff who is very pleasant!
