The location...spectacular...the historical setting...very successful...the service, although friendly and attentive, was a little dispersed and disorganized, as it took more than 1 hour to serve us 3 breakfasts...and on top of that the starters, which by the way were quite generous (peanuts and homemade olives in abundance), they brought them to us when we were already half-eaten our sandwiches and on top of that they served them to us, because we asked for them... If not... I'm not sure about that they would have served us. As for the quality of the sandwiches, unfortunately, they have a lot to improve... The bread is of terrible quality, the white sausage... I can't remember such low quality for a long time, because they looked like Purlom sausages from yesteryear... For such a poor quality sandwich, I find that the €8 I paid (with a large bottle of water and a cortado) did not correspond. I don't know if it's so difficult, choosing the right provider, or the genre that matches it, is so difficult... Can you imagine...that the sandwich colloquially named black and white, would have quality white sausage, black sausage that meets its expectations and crusty bread??? I wouldn't have cared what they would have tried to charge me... But the fact is that I felt very disappointed...especially because of the zero gastronomic quality offered... In my case, unless the owner himself writes to me telling me that he has corrected everything related to the quality and care in his food products... I do not plan to return... I regret it with all my heart...but if it weren't for these media outlets that allow us to give our opinion objectively...to some, it seems that they can do whatever they want with the client...and even more so if they are a stranger... . I went by bike from Benidorm to Tarbenas, I don't carry cash, I only take a card and the waiter gave me the coffee that I asked for, to pay for it another day that passes, they are super kind and I am grateful.
