Bidra med feedbackWe arrive without reservation and make us sit at one of the tables for two with benches near the entrance. Rustic environment but not too, young and educated staff. Pizza The very good Master, soft dough. Pork ribs good also them, although a little more salt would not hurt. Good fried sweet potato. Excellent final baby: very soft, humid but without that excessive alcohol taste, in practice it could eat anyone. There was a disguid with the order, so the pizza arrived a long time after the ribs, but it can happen and apologized. We'll definitely come back.
I called to book x the next day asking if they had fried sweet potatoes (seen by the online photos) and I was told yes, so I pray since it was something I was looking for a while. We arrive and among the courses that I was interested there was also the fave purée (on the online menu was present) on the menu paper but it was erased. So I order sweet fried potatoes and I'm told that they didn't... Imagine my face? I ask why since the day before in the booking phase I just asked confirmation. Too bad I ask a little time to review the menu and in the meantime we order the pizza x my son ( luck a daisy at the menu there is and is present. My son does not love too much mozzarella so we asked it with little mozzarella, but obviously it arrived normal with mozzarella that raped, vabbè, we take off with the fork. Magically then I am told that fried sweet potatoes are there (insomma all little serious). The menu is interesting (with too many things canceled according to me), the cute waiter, the fried potatoes not crispy and rather soft, I then order a white pizza (I'm hungry) but the sliced is cut quite too big and stona a lot, also it had to be pecorino but it seemed anything else. Nothing bad, all discreet but nothing exceptional. He certainly promised more

Exceptional experience, qualified staff, young, available and able to serve the customer at the best of the possibilities while maintaining short waiting times (despite the room was practically complete) The compliments are mandatory to everyone, from the room to the kitchen, but especially to the pizzaiolo. At low hands the best pizza of the city with quality of pasta and absolute raw material. Fried fries and parmesan space, sweets to try. I hope these standards are always high, congratulations!
