Domino's Pizza - TAPPAHANNOCK

This domino?s is hands down the best one I?ve ever been to! They were willing to help when I was technical difficulties on the app. The young lady and guy were also super sweet and offered to help me take my order to my car since I had a huge order. Thankyou again for your awesome service!

I placed a huge order with this Domino?s location for my son?s fifth birthday. I ordered 25 pizzas to be picked up by noon! I was so thrilled with the results! The manager himself came in to help especially with our large order! I am so grateful for thisplace and will be recommending it to many people in the future! Many many thanks to the wonderful team there!

Staff was great. Manager went out of his way to accommodate my error through a call center order. Pro tip: order online Bottom line: five stars, friendly, fast, great staff

I chose 1 star since 0 wasn?t an option. I checked in for a curbside order and they stopped the timer before the two minutes was up, but never brought out my pizza. After several minutes, I went inside to check on my order. The young lady at the registersaid that she didn?t see it and went to get the manager. The manager came out and said that someone else had picked up my order.I informed him that we had in fact not picked up the order and they began remaking it. My issue arises when the managerinsinuated that it was my fault and that someone with my dominos account info (which no one has) picked up my order as if wewere attempting to get the order twice and only pay for it once. He made no effort to compensate the additional 40 minutes I Ihad to wait and was rude. They gave my order to wrong person and rather than admit that (which I would have accepted becauseaccidents happen) had the audacity to make an accusation towards me.

Store Manager at Tappahannock Va store has the most disgusting attitude and should be fired. He has no Customer Service at all. I will never eat here again. To the General Manager, if you read this review, know that your Store Manger is so rude anddisrespectful to your paying customers. I will now buy my pizzas from Romas or Bella?s.
