I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. They overcharged my 80-year-old mother for four footlong subs. The total was supposed to be no more than $36.00, but they charged her $78.00. They need to reimburse her for the incorrect amount. Additionally, I believe an apology should be sent to her; otherwise, I will share this situation on social media. It's clear that their staff could benefit from better training, especially when it comes to handling cash and providing accurate change. My mother is quite upset about this, so I hope you can address it. This incident occurred around 1:10 to 1:15 PM on December 21, 2018.
I frequently dine at Subway and absolutely love their chicken sandwich. It's delicious, and only Subway prepares it exactly how I like it.
