We drove over on 28th Sep and only to see the notice on the door that restaurant is temporarily closed with no reopening date, also not update on Google about their closure. Very inconvenient and disappointed. Call before travel to ensure they open.
Waited over an hour before anything came out. last main came out after waiting 2 hours. orders were forgotten and some came out wrong. very bad service, staff were very unapoligetic and was offered 10% off due to the hassle and delay but was forgotten to be taken off the bill until we pointed it out. would never recommend eating here
Very disappointed with our collection order. They didn't bother to read the order and gave us the wrong items. And we didn't get an extra sauce that we paid for.
Was eating inside.there were 4 of us.had main meals plus family sushi.could not finish it because the portions were quite impresive.would really recommend this place for family gatherings or birthdays
My partner and I ordered a takeaway from here and I was beyond disappointed with the poor excuse of food that we received. I ordered the tuna maki and the fish itself was not fresh. It stank. I very reluctantly tried one piece and had to throw the rest out. We also ordered the crispy chicken that was so dry and tough, we had difficulty putting our forks through it. The curry sauce was green in colour and bland in taste, I have genuinely had nicer sauces out of a packet. The chips were undercooked and they forgot to include the prawn crackers that we paid for. To top it all off, all the food was cold when it arrived. We were so disappointed as we're huge fans of sushi and were so happy to see a restaurant open in the area that served it. We had planned on visiting the restaurant based on our experience with the takeaway. Based on our experience; I will never set foot inside this place.
