God how I love this place. The name is the truest sense of how the place feels, for the design, the colours, the books, the pictures, and the service and the good welcoming manners. The smiley guy who gets you tea, is also one of Tangiers moments, lol. It's just warm and nice and a good spot to go chill at.

The decor is fantastic and that is the only reason I am giving it two stars. Otherwise, the service is terrible. We walked into every floor, no one tried to seat us or take our order. We sat for a while then decided to leave. The chairs are very uncomfortable and there is a crazy cat owned by the staff I think. It attacks everything! Your purse, your umbrella, and your feet. Too bad because it could make a wonderful spot
